Complete legal terms governing your use of biitv platform and services
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account or use biitv Services. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. biitv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all deposits forfeited, and winnings voided without exception.
biitv services are primarily intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and play. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local regulations.
You acknowledge and agree that online gambling occupies a legal grey area in Indonesia. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online gaming platforms. biitv operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. By using our Services, you accept full responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. biitv does not provide legal advice regarding your local gambling laws. We recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional if you have concerns about your local regulations.
The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from using biitv Services:
To access biitv Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You may register only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
All Users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making withdrawals. You will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details). biitv reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You agree to notify biitv immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. biitv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
biitv accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in your Account settings.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within two (2) minutes of confirmation. You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. biitv reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion.
Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) unless your VIP tier entitles you to higher limits. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and KYC verification. Standard processing time is four (4) hours during business hours (09:00 - 17:00 WIB, Monday through Friday excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
To prevent money laundering and comply with international financial regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) for sports bets or played through once on casino games before withdrawal is permitted. Failure to meet this requirement may result in withdrawal denial or deduction of processing fees equal to 5% of the deposit amount.
biitv does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at biitv's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, each User is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus per Account. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from fifteen (15x) to thirty (30x) the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Full wagering terms are disclosed on the promotion page before you opt in. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (minimum 1.50 decimal odds required). You must complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period (typically 15-30 days from bonus credit) or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
While playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 25.000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture.

You may set the following limits on your Account at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits; session time limits; and cooling-off periods (temporary Account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). These limits take effect immediately, but increases to existing limits require a 48-hour waiting period to protect you from impulsive decisions.
You may request permanent or temporary self-exclusion from biitv for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. For permanent self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and cannot be reopened under any circumstances. We strongly encourage anyone struggling with gambling addiction to seek professional help. All games on the biitv platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited by recognized third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by biitv or any User. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published transparently for each game and represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of rounds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or Account balances, biitv's decision is final and binding. If a technical error results in incorrect bet settlement or game payout, biitv reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct Account balances retroactively. You agree to notify biitv immediately if you notice any error in your Account balance or transaction history.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, biitv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
biitv is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for any gambling losses incurred through use of biitv Services.
Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that internet transmission carries inherent security risks.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately upon request. Accounts with pending bets or active bonuses cannot be closed until those conditions are resolved.
biitv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of our platform. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from your violation of these Terms. We are under no obligation to provide reasons for Account termination beyond citing Terms violations.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances below Rp 50.000 may be closed and funds forfeited after written notice to your registered email address. Accounts with balances exceeding Rp 50.000 will be maintained indefinitely but may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 20.000 starting from the 13th month of inactivity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which biitv is licensed. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of biitv Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and biitv for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against biitv.
biitv reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and prominently displayed on the platform. Your continued use of biitv Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your Account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
